I purchased terabyte hdmi to vga adapter (Multicolor), terabyte 10024n vga cable (Multicolor) item from amazon on july 7th, in which i had the problem, i had given the replacement request, but it was accidentally canceled. The product cost was 430 rupee. I have been talking to amazon for the last 15-20 days for payment refund, But till now i have not received refund, please look into this matter and provide me solution.
