Amazon India — Refund for Item not delivered never received | |||||
I have cancelled a purchase of 15999 INR on 13 th May 2017 at Amazon. The item was not delivered and a refund as claimed was initiated against the same and an UTR no was provided. When contacted Bank Customer Service they claimed the UTR no to be an invalid no. However customer Service at Amazon end refuses to share valid Transaction details of the refund asking to take it up with the bank . 100 s of communication with AMAZON have proved futile as they do not share a valid transaction detail even with repeatedly asking for it. At present they are disconnecting calls made to them without response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
