Amazon India — refund initiated by amazon not credited to my savings account number [protected]

This complaint is regarding Refund Reference Number[protected] Transaction done on Amazon.in ).

Amazon has initiated the refund but the same has not credited back to my savings account.Following are the refund reference numbers provided by Amazon:

##HSBCN[protected] for Rs.499.00***



Kindly get the needful done to have the refund amount credited back to my savings account number: [protected]
