Amazon India — Refund issue and wrong product given | |||||
I ordered 2 kurtis amazon deliver me wrong product and when i returned this product they didn't give my money back. from last 15 days every day i called them give my money back amazon confirm me that today that will reach mam but it's already 15 days passed plz do something against this. and when i return the product i select bank account but they send me gift card in my account for 1 product and they told they will send cheque for another still i didn't get that. plz do need full asap. Daily I called them regarding my refund but they didn't respond or take an action. At last I told them I will give an complain against you then even they didn't reply to it
