A very common issue as i understand from amazon. I had purchased a product from Amazon-GreyWings 40W Wall Light, Black, Diamond. Till date i have spoken to 10 or more different amazon executives who have washed their hands saying the refund is already registered and have blamed the bank for this. The purchase was made from SBI bank and they say the same that they have not received any refund transaction with the reference number given by amazon. And they said they cannot do much on this issue other than lodging a simple complaint which has no guarantee of getting my money.
Moreover all this, once I called the customer care of Amazon, a guy called Dheeraj (Customer care executive from Kerala) said it's of my mistake i don't get my refund and he insulted me and the bank as well. I want amazon to resolve this and get me my money ASAP.
