I ordered protoner dynamic wall mounting chin up bar combo from amazon on 23rd november, 2019.
Due to some problems regarding usability and quality i decided to return back to amazon.
I returned back the product on 5th december, 2019 to the pick-up boy in the morning with all the items inside.
The refund was supposed to be generated within 10-14 days but it took a lot longer so i had a chat with the customer care through amazon app and she told me that the product has been received and my refund will be processed into my account in a few days.
The refund didn’t come through so i decided to call the customer service and ask for information regarding the refund and they told me that the refund has been processed and gave me a reference no. As given above.
And when i called my bank services then they told me they need the transaction id, so i called amazon services again and asked for the transaction id.
But when i asked my bank regarding the refund/transfer they told me that the transaction hasn’t come through the bank regarding the transaction id.
So, the refund hasn’t been processed properly and hasn’t reflect into my account nor the bank. I’m stuck in the middle.
I’ve lodged a complaint on both amazon india and sbi but the refund for my order has not been processed properly into my account. Please resolve this asap. Was this information helpful? |
