My name is Mayank solanki I order the shoe of Fila company of worth RS 1079- only and till date I didnot got my refund. But the date of refund issue is shown in 12 th of November. I already talk to the customercare and also try to put the charge dispute file but it will be difficult for me because bank is not able to locate my money they says what we do with this reference Number.
