Complaint marked as Resolved I have ordered "VIVO Y51" Mobile from Amazon India on 28th July 2021. It was delivered on 7th Aug 2021 and payment option was UPI. Since the order was not marked delivered on the Amazon App, I requested the customer care to initiate the return and refund for my product for which they asked me to wait for 48 hours for the order status to be updated as they have raised a complaint with their logistics team. I have contacted the customer care again on 8th aug 2023 since there was no update on the order status. They replied saying they cannot initiate the refund or return of the product dispute it being covered in the 10 day return policy.
Please refund my total amount RS.8990+100= 9090/- but Amazon was refunded it is RRN:120918775252
their Bank credit is not available please take action sir help me because u
