Amazon India — Refund not getting initiated | |
I had purchased one renewed Acer Gaming Monitor from Amazon India on 19th September 2020 but instead of that one Butterfly Gas Stove had been delivered to me. I made a complaint regarding it to Amazon India. After investigation, they scheduled a return pickup for the wrong product received by me but the pickup boy rejected the pickup saying he has no information regarding pickup of wrong product. I again made complaint regarding this to Amazon India but since then they are just rescheduling the return pickup of product and no one is coming to pickup the product nor my money is getting refunded. Since the receipt of product around 15 days have passed and everyday i m making complaint regarding it but no action is being taken by them so as a last resort i m filing a complaint here. I hope my issue will be solved ASAP as the product was taken on emi n if the money will not get refunded, i will hv to pay the emi to the credit card company. Was this information helpful? | |
