Amazon India — refund not given, neither item given back | |||
I ordered a book from amazon on 20 november 2019. I received book on 23 november and returned it after 2-3 days. Their agent picked it up but i did not received my refund. When i complained to customer care, they asked for time. After asking many times for 2 months they said that they have not collected book from my side and that book is with me. But i have given book to their agent. Price of book was 725 rs. Was this information helpful? | |||
