Amazon India — Refund not initiated in my account | |||||
HELLO sir amazon fraud with me that i purchase mobile MOTO G4 PLUS from amazon on date:[protected] from my debit card.and mobile come on date:10/02/2017 but the mobile was defected so i return that mobile to amazon on Date:15/02/2017.and requested to amazon that to give my money back.amazon said that your refund is all ready credited in your account on date:[protected]. but it wil not show in my bank account.my amazon order no is#[protected].amazon also give me refund number of the transaction but it does not work in bank software. I also charge dispute to bank. but my bank does not track that refund number. and told me give him to proper NEFT number to resolve my case. but amazon does not give me proper transaction id: sir please help me in this case what should i do???
