I have received an item on 20th june'22 (payment mode-COD) and returned picked up on 22nd june'22.
On day 1, I have been requested to initiate the refund to Amazon pay balance or account -449(last 3 digits) but refund has been initiated to some other bank(-655, last 3 digits) which is not belongs to me or family member.
On other day when I enquired about the refund status, I have been informed the same that refund is initiated to -655 account(which is not our's). when I have requested to stop the refund I have been informed that they have stopped the refund for now and placed a request for issue resolution and scheduled a call and asked be to wait for the EOD. But I didn't get a such kind a call.
