Amazon India — refund not received for the products | |||
I had brought some items from amazon.in on 9th july 2017 and the product was of not good quality, hence i returned the order. The refund was initiated but no further procedings was seen. The amount of rupees 699+ 3278+1200 was to be refunded in my account. The amount has not been refunded till this date. I tried calling the cutomer care number but they didn't provide me with anything useful. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, Wo kahta hai ki parcel lena hai to yahan aao. Jo ki address se 7Km door hai. Nahi to kal Lena. Aur me galiyon me nahi jata. Nahi to order cancel kar doonga. Phir dobara order Karna. Mai ek order ke liye waha Nahi jaunga. Delivery boy bahut rude behave kar raha hai. Please do something sir.
