Amazon India — refund not received refund reference no. # 222393

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 10598 which send to my account on 27th may 2020 from amzon.in they send to my account via my debit card payment process, they also provide refund reference no. # 222393 and i have given the written complaint to my bank complaint no. 3427882 on dated 03/06/2020, but still the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch via e-mail but i didn't get any reply and no solution from bank side. The amount is still not reflected in my account.

Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complaint report no. So please refund my money as soon as possible.
