Amazon India — refund not reflect in the account yet

My name is nitin and my issue is i want to know about my money status

This money is initiated from amazon on 13/02/2020 thursday they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me refund reference number an as me contact to bank
My return reference number is [protected].
And i had also attached the updated snapshot of the e passbook as well.
I want my money back as soon as possible
