Amazon India — refund not reflected in account

My name is parthiban and my account number is xxxxxxx8009
I ordered a product through amazon and the product was damaged so i returned that to amazon and asked for a refund so,
Amazon has initiated my refund amount rupees 339 on 28th july. To my account and gas generated this reference number[protected]
It's been 15 days still the amount is nt yet reflected plz make my refund as soon as possible
