Amazon India — Refund not reflected in Karnataka bank account after processed by Amazon

I had ordered a product from meesho on 19-03-21 and cancelled on the same day
Amazon says refund process was success from their end and after contacting bank, they raised charge back request from their side. Now, Amazon says to file a dispute only then we can take action. Please kindly look into this issue. I would attach details below for reference.
