Amazon India — refund of all clues paper silk saree

Address:b-92 sector 64 noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

I got this product on 6 july and i refund this on 9 july but till now didn't receive any kind of confirmation mail regrading this product and refund is still pending its almost 15 days up. The representative said refund is initiated but i didn't receive it.
