[Resolved]  Amazon India — Refund of cancellation

I didnt get the refund from amazon.in, for the cancellation of an order worth rs11999.it is showing in my amazon account that the money has been refunded.i have booked this order on 12th sep 2016 still now i didnt get the refund.i booked this order through debit card and this account is associated with Alpha bank, Russia .i hope you will take necessary action for the above
