We have been trying to lodge complaint on Amazon site since 30.10.2019 till today but in vain.

The order for 23 books (different titles) were placed on 28.10.2019.
The amount of Rs.53, 025.31 was credited to Amazon's account through onlineSBI net banking. After checking the orders placed with Amazon, it was found that 16 titles were cancelled automatically and 7 titles were confirmed out of 23 for their delivery on different dates and their amount was Rs.10, 159.00. There was no mention or indication shown for balance amount of Rs.42, 866.31.
On 30.10.2019, an amount of Rs.40, 490.01 was credited into our account.
It is seen from above, an amount of Rs.2, 376.30 has been deducted excess as the order for 16 titles were cancelled by Amazon automatically and not by us.
You are requested to look into the matter as they are not responding either over the customer care no. nor email id on which we could lodge our complaints and ensure the re-credit of the excess amount of Rs.2376.30 which has been deducted wrongly from our account for more than 9 working days.
