I have ordered apple ultra watch with order no.[protected] on 17th April of starlight colour but I received midnight colour, same time I called coustmer care and asked for exchange or refund, they asked me to open the product as per policy and share images, I told them the colour is different and clearly written on product on box them why to open still they told as per policy it is mandatory same time I opened the box and shared the images, after continous folloup with coustmer care they processed the return and pickup was done, but till time the product is showing in return in app and the specialist team is telling that you have sent wrong product, I replied them with unboxing video, images and satifyed them, also they have not returned my the product as mentioned in mail with tracking no., also the seller has uploaded 2 invoices of same amount, same product on same day on GST portal as seen as I use business app, it is clearly seen that seller has cheated me, this is going from last 1and half month as amount in higher I request to settle it ASAP Was this information helpful? |
