I have booked weighing machine on 19th june, delivery expected to me was 22nd june, delivery wasnt received till 23rd june accordingly we cancelled the product same day for refund. Today we are sitting on 8th july & amazon hasnt yet provided my refund back to me, i am in touch with customer care since 25th june & have been provided dates of refund i. E 3rd july, 5th july, 8th july, 9th & 10th july from all types o[censored]seless customer representatives they themselves arent aware what was the last conversation done with customer & every now & then with en number of calls i am been getting through different persons on calls. Now today again i have got a new date of refund i. E 13th july. Pathetic services are been given by amazon & herewith will no longer be a part of their services, will advise all relatives, friends accorss the world to stop all services with amazon as well as will end up my prime services itself.
Refund back my money 1200 inr immediately by today itself for not encouraging me to take further legal actions. Was this information helpful? |
