I had a conversation with your amazon pay cs agent on 5th july 2019, he
Asked me to wait for 3 days. After three days your agent told me to wait
For 7 days, after 7 days he/she told me to wait for another 3 daya. And now
Today she told me to wait for another 3 days.
If airtel is not replying to you why customer have to suffer.
Airtel have contacted me and told me they can't give my money back because
They didn't got it from amazon.

Now today 19-july-2019 i called them again and they are telling me that they have initiated the refund of lesser amount then the transaction amount and it will take another 5 days. And directed me to read terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions:
Q. Is this cashback & refund policy applicable even if the merchant cancels the transaction?
A. Cashback policy will be applicable for all order refunds (Where you have received a cashback) including order cancellations done by the merchant.
What is the fault of customer if merchant is canceling the order?
You don't take more than 60 seconds to take money from our account.
Then you make your customers suffer for 20 days or maybe more god knows. Even after this much you won't give the complete amount.
Is using amazon is a mistake?
