This is to inform you that i have bought a lenovo laptop through amazon india online shopping on 11th august, 2020 and paid rs 36190/- through my sbi debit card. On the same day i have cancelled the order and asked amazon to refund my said amount. Accordingly amazon india initiated the refund same day. On 18th august, 2020 the refund was accepted by the sbi on behalf of my sbi account and issued a 6-digit number which called as refund reference: 923471.
But unfortunately my said amount is not reflected in my sbi account. I approached the sbi customer care centre with a call and the customer care said no such payment is made from amazon india. Repeatedly i asked them this is the refund reference no. 923471 which is issued by sbi to amazon india that payment was accepted by sbi. After this i called the amazon india customer care. They told me that my amount was refunded successfully in your sbi bank and this is the reference number. Again i called sbi customer care but it went in vain. They replied the same thing that no money is credited in my account. Further i approached to amazon customer care and said the same thing that from their end money was sent through their system. This time again i called the sbi customer care but they are not entertaining and said amazon did not pay them. I asked them please track with the refund reference number in their system. They refused to do so and said it is not their duty to track.
Nearly 3 weeks i have been trying to get my money back but in vain.
Therefore, i am requesting you to look after the matter as early as possible to get my refund. Was this information helpful? |
