Amazon India — refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]

Iam vijayakumar,
Few days before i was book a
Item: victall sports octavia vso_2020 yellow baseball shoes (5 ind/uk)
Quantity: 3
Asin: b07lbszjx4

But in amazon side wrong items was send, so i was return the items...in amazon side i got the mail for refund process 17/01/2019...

But still on the days i didn't got the refund amount...
Then i was ask to amazon customer care, but i didnot got the solution

When i got the refund amount...
