Refund related Issue
Sir I'm Sanjit Kumar Mahapatra from Odisha, Puri pin-752001 I had order placed - Gionee S6 Pro Rose Gold, Smart Mobile . ORDER #[protected], Tracking ID: EP[protected]IN. Due to delivery problem with in this venue date time, so I cancelled the Order through contact the Amazon customer care .On dtd. 09.08.17 I had inquired the Track ID through India Post, that the product has already returned to seller end. BHATINDA, (H.O), any one can check India Post status portal with & check track I'd through India post . The product has already received at the Seller end area of Bhatinda H.O.on 08.08.17.time 4.27 p.m, but I was in- Odisha, Puri. It is far from distance from Puri, ODISHA to Bhatinda, H.O. How can I possible to receive the product in Bhatinda Head office. Another the person who has received the product check his proper identity & it's signature . This is a big crime please investigate the case seriously and refund my money rs.16, 003/- I also tried contact with Seller NavSaachi Traders contact No – [protected] according to the Amazon customer care, but the seller directly scolded me & said what ever you can do, I also do as per my wish . no one protect me evenly amazon also .
So personally I request you to to consider my case & investigate properly & as soon as possible to refund my money
