I have ordered a phone redmi y2 having order no #[protected]. My product was out for delivery today and it has to be delivered by amazon delivery associate (Anil saroj-[protected]) but due to mistake at the time of sale my house no was wrongly typed, so my id was treated to be wrong in his knowledge and when i went to take my product, the delivery associate (Anil saroj-[protected]) started explaining me about the policy that give him the id which has same address as typed in order and he used abusive language i. E "he will not deliver my product to me, whatever i can do". And he wore half pant and sitting beside paan bhandar shop and he not came to my house and telling me the amazon policy... I asked him that i have my registered phone number and otp which is provided by you but even then however he didn't deliver the product.. So i want to do complain against him by following reasons-
1. If there is any mistake occurred by typing in name or address, then i have my registered contact number and otp, so he has to deliver my product.. But after providing all he didn't do that??
2. Is it right to talk to customer is such abusive language i. E. I will not deliver your product to me, whatever you can???
3. Your delivery associate has no any formal uniform at the time of delivery???
3. Too much worst behaviour and eating gutkha when i reached him for taking myproduct???
4. He annyoyed and mistreated with me at the time of delivery???
If you are unable to resolve my issue then it is better to cancel my product and make my refund.. And in future i will never do any type of shopping and also warn off all my friends and colleagues to no do any shopping from amazon because their delivery associates have such type of wrong and filthy behaviour like anil saroj-[protected].
