Amazon India — Regarding pickup delay for return items

Hi I have bought item Virahi multipurpose Modular System drawer but item is not as expected and is returnable. So I raised return request but i have raised till now three times for return pick up - pickup tracking id is[protected].

I have records and proof that person is visiting society but not coming to pick up items. this is frusted and also show delivery guy is having criminal intention as he entered society and not doing pick up.
