Hi,

I ordered one of the product (kingston 8gb ddr3 pc3l 1600mhz low voltage sodimm laptop ram (kcp3l16sd8/8) which is not delivered on time while order is in same city since 1or 2 days.

They were giving so many fundas/excuses at last moment one of the customer care asked me why did you choose amazon and gave order on amazon.

This kind of customer care are talking with customers.

Updated by monmangal81 I have been contacting to amazon customer care contuniously but still my products are not delivered.

They say we are giving assurance but can not give commitment.

Please suggest that how can i take action against this amazon india, i would like to charge big penalty.
