we have placed the order on 1st March 2023.
On 4th march we are supposed to get the delivery of the product, as we did not receive the product, I have request for cancellation, and for that we have waited for 7 days,
On March 24, 2023 we got a confirmation mail that refund has been process since then we have not received the amount and we are not able to cancel the product also, and none of the customer service executives are answering properly and they are not giving any updated either by chat or by call.
We are corporate customers and actually we should get the refund after 45dasy at least, no one doing the needful. Kindly process the refund, it is something unfair dealing with us.
We are booking products in amazon, because of trust, kindly consider this issue seriously and refund the money back.
