Order was supposed to be delivered between 23-july[protected]july-2020.
On 27-july-2020 i was told to wait until 31st of july for the product to be delivered but still it wasn't delivered and claimed as lost. So i again had a conversation with customer care support of amazon regarding the issue and claiming for a refund. So they told me to wait until for the next 5 days i. E. Until 5th of august. Again when i called customer care support they gave me a silly reason of glitch in something and again told me to wait for next 3-5 days for refund. Today is 17th of august the customer care support is still giving me silly reason and not refunding my money and telling me to wait. This is really a careless behaviour of amazon india team. They went against their policy and the refund is still not initiated. Even after what's written in their policy they went against it and yet till now didn't refund my money. Please look into this matter as i'm waiting since 31st of july until now i. E. 17th of august. Was this information helpful? |
