Sir I ordered Samsung Galaxy M33 5G phone from Amazon on 11th of March and it was delivered to me on 14th of march but I wasn't present in my home so my mother receive the phone, when I come to my come and check the product so i found delivered product having fit and finish issue so i call Amazon customer Agent and tell team my problem so they told me we will replace your product so I told him yes please provide me replacement. After that they make replacement on 19th March and on 20th March i got a message from Delhivey that your Amazon package will we picked up today and the package was picked up from me on 04:15 PM approximately. But the status wasn't showing that my product was successfully picked up so I call Amazon customer Agent and they my Problem and they told me that don't worry sir your product was picked up successfully we can see it but only status not updated don't worry. And after that next day when I asked that what is the status of my replacement they told me your pickup is cancelled, i am socked after hearing this my pickup was already done on 20th March so I it will cancelled on 21st March.
And also sir while I am facing this problem from first day means from 20th March I regularly call the Amazon Customer Service Agent they doesn't give any satisfying answer only giving me dates and dates. I only want my replacement.
So Finally I have only choice that complaint about them and also if my problem doesn't resolve here and I will definitely File A Case In National Consumer Forum. I will fight for Justice and I will get it soon. Was this information helpful? |
