Amazon India — replacement of product purchased before a year

I need a replacement of moto g4 plus which i purchased on october 1st, 2016 and is still under warranty. The escalation agent i spoke to acted helpless and was good for nothing. I am not demanding for a return or refund. I just need a replacement of the product as motorola authorized flagship center of bangalore mentioned they do not have any replacement service and amazon should replace the phone as it is still in warranty. I want this to be escalated to the highest level possible and kindly replace my phone or else this becomes a legal issue and i will sue. My order reference #[protected].
