I brought a Karbon Mobile from Amazon, the phone was sold by Amazon via a seller called Readily and was delivered by the seller.Now I want to return the product as the phone volume is very low and the call volume is very low as well. But they are saying me now to go to the service centre to check about, then get a certificate from them and then I would be able to return it.
