Amazon India — return issue | |||
I’m Mohana. I ordered a phone for my friend from amazon last week Wednesday and my Order#[protected]. Since, I’m a prime customer, I’m supposed to receive the product by last Friday. Unfortunately the delivery got delayed and I couldn’t gift it to my friend and my friend got a new phone already. Now, I want to return the product. I haven’t opened the package yet. When I ordered the phone, I saw it’s prime and fulfilled by Amazon. Under fulfilled option, I saw return is eligible which is the main reason I bought the product. I didn’t see any of your return policy there. I even attached the copy of return policy details mentioned in the order page. Now, they are not accepting the product. I don’t need it anymore so, I don’t want replacement but I want to return and get my money back. I’m a huge customer of amazon and now, I’m completely disappointed with amazon.
