Amazon India — return request raised for the product oster ckstrc[protected]litre rice cooker with steam tray (grey/silver)

I have bought oster ckstrc[protected]litre rice cooker with steam tray (Grey/silver), and since im not satisfied with the quality i raised return request immediately, return is requested on oct 11 2017 and till today oct 30, 2017, i didnt get any call or sms regarding this request. It says refund will initiated after received the product. Kindly do the needful at the earliest

I place the order life purse and i got confirmation about my Order #D[protected]. Till today i dont received my product.

Till today(7th November 2017) i didnt get a call or i didnt receive the amount from Amazon for Oster Rice Cooker
