Amazon India — Rude customer service | |||||
Hi, My order number[protected] was placed on 23/01/2016 in an offer. I tried to pay the money and there was a payment gate way issue at your end because of which the payment was not completed. I called the customer care at same minute and spoke to rep to resolve the enquire. Rep told me he will be sending me an email for revise payment and then i can complete the payment. Next day i got am email i tried to make the payment on my phone following the link send on the mail. But the payment did not go throw once again and i called the customer care spoke to rep named Ashwin he told me he will be sending me other email on which i have to make the payment and he confirmed me it will be ok even if i make the payment by 26/01/2016. If you want to confirm you can listen to the call conversation recording. On 25/12/2016 i got, mail stating my order was cancelled, i called customer care and spoke to rep who confirmed me the same. So i spoke to a supervisor name (Raghavendra) he was so rude and arrogant to speak to don’t have any customer still giving a very bad value to big brand like Amazon. Totally disappointed with the way query was handled as people working for Amazon don’t know the terms of the company and half trained people are helping customer. This instance has given very bad picture of Amazon and will not even think or promote your brand to any one nor will I think of visiting your website by mistake. Thanks.
