Amazon India — Rude delivery boy and abusive delivery guy | |
I orderd a ukulele and i cancelled it bcoz i find another one better After some day The delivery guy come to our village And called me and making me to come to him and collect the order(cancelled) then i say come to my doorstep i can not come to you it's a big parcel, so he started abusing and started talking very rudely . Then after some i think i should apologize So called him back and when i say tell me your location so then he was started talking very abusively and said he would not give me this order. Then i complaint about that delivery guy on Amazon but they didn't do anything And in this whole process i didn't know that this order was cancelled bcoz that delivery guy didn't telling me anything about order. So just because someone started cursing you, you feel you should apologize? Please don't apologize.
That can just encourage them to behave in an even worse manner to other people in the village. I've heard about complaints like this, but only from customers that don't live in big cities like Delhi.
Instead of saying "I''m sorry" just speak your mind in a calm and polite manner after you get the package. But don't compromise your dignity to be "polite". That's not being polite, that's just a sign.
