Amazon India — Saavn pro 3 month subscription

I purchased the 3 month subscription and I received an email with the product code but when I tried to redeem the service I was being shown a message that the code I entered is invalid. The money from my account has already been deducted. Please send me another email with the card.
This is a very depressing situation I hope to have my subscription pack activated or refund my money! Please send me another card

Updated by Shweta Yammada Please send me another card as soon as possible. This is a very obnoxious behaviour and I've always trusted amazon but this is just too much
