Amazon India — samsung note 9 pre order offer

Hi Team, My Amazon Order Number is[protected] placed on 16th Aug 2018 for Samsung Note 9(Pre Order). I was suppose to receive the product on or Between 24-26th Aug. Which never happened. I got in touch with customer service through chat on 25th as there were no changes on the status. They confirmed that due to issues on there gateway the order did not go through, he is sending request to put it through and I will receive the product by Tuesday. Afer requesting him because it was for my sister as Rakhi Gift, requested him to make it urgent, he confirmed that he will get it delivered by Monday and assured me many times. I had doubts of his guarantees hence I got in touch with customer service again through chat on Sunday 26th, she said she is sending request and I will receive the product by 30-31st Aug. I opted for Pre Order because of the product to be delivered on Rakhi for my sister and if I will register the product before 31st August 2018 I am eligible to get a Samsung Gear Watch worth 23000/- @ 5000/-. So the watch was for me the phone was for my sister. Not I saw there product online, the stock will be available on 29th Aug and it will take 3 business days for the product to reach the comsumer which makes the date 3-5 of Sept. i will loose out on my offer and the company is doing nothing about it. I have sent several emails to the managing directors office however they assign it to someone who is giving customer service dialogues but no service. I want your help in this came. Please get this sorted at the earliest. Thank you, Gaurav Mendiratta
