Amazon delivered me broken screen tv Same day i have done complaint about it But after 2 moths they have not replaced it nor refund it Its in there policy to be replaced/refund They have agreed to refund on mail but till date not given refund or replacement Till date i have remindeded them 15 times but no body is responding positively Also i have written there director mr. Jeff on email but still nothing is happening They are giving faulty reasons @ the address change and saying delivery address and pick up address has problem There indication does not look good they don't want to exchange the faulty product As the item to be replaced is on the billing address Was this information helpful? | |||||
