Amazon India — self cancel offered product

Amazon cancelled the item without even contacting me. I contacted amazon customer care and they are saying that it is fault from there side. And they will not deliver the item as it is cancelled. I asked them please deliver it as they have never contacted me. They are saying to order again but they will not give the same offer through which i have ordered earlier...
