Amazon India — Selling wrong product | |||||
I placed an order on amazon Order #[protected] on 8th October for one day delivery of which they delivered after 3 days on 12th October. The product i received was not as per the specifications. The specifications written on the website claimed it has windows 8.1, however they sent me a laptop with Ubuntu. I called for replacement and again they sent me the wrong laptop (with Ubuntu operating system). Plus amazon customer care is extremely hostile and helpless. I wasted 5 days on mine for this. Plus amazon takes no responsibility of sending wrong product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
