Amazon India — smart band

Address:2. Moti Lal Colony. P.O: Rajbari, Kolkata - 700081, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700081

After getting the Smart Band, I find the battery service is very poor. So that I will find difficulties whenever I use it. So that I am decided to refund it immediately. After refunding, I got RS.77/- through amazon Pay Balance, but the amount of RS. 303/- which has been paid through Card, still haven't been received. As consequences, I therefore request you, Pls refund the money of RS. 303/-.
Pls, accept the same and do the needful.
