Today is 16th october exactly a month since the issue was first reported at amazon i would like to know what exactly is the progress you have made in the issue reported by me originally.
There is no transparency in any mattet and whenever i request a call or contact you i just get a lame reply that sir we are following up on the issue we shall get back to you in 48-72 hours.
If you can't provide a solution then let me know so that i can make alternate arrangements rather than wait for or expect a solution from your useless team of so called customer support which is believe is more a seller support scamming the consumer and testing the limits of his patience.
I was given a handset which has a different imei than what was mentioned on the invoice and the product which stopped functioning hardly 20 days after it was bought, now even for the warranty part amazon is taking me for a ride and not working to provide me with the invoice.
