Amazon India — Stone delivered instead of Phone | |||||
Hi I'm Kalyan from Kakinada, perraju peta. I want to bring to your media notice that, On 24th Feb, I have ordered Oppo phone on Amazon. Order number[protected]. Today on 28th Feb. I got the delivery where in my Aunt Ganga picked up the shipment in my absence. When i came back home and opened the phone box, I'm surprised to sea a stone in Oppo phone box. I have complained in Amazon customer care and waiting for refund. If possible, please highlight the issue. I've attached images for reference.
