I had ordered a ladies gown that was to be delivered yesterday on september 22, 2020.
The delivery boy came to my place and called my wife as her number was given for contact. He asked her to come downstairs to take delivery and refused to come upstairs. The reason he gave that he had a heavy bag with him carrying which he cannot come and nor can he leave it down and come up. He clearly said to my wife that if she is not coming to take delivery he will go without delivering it. I was on my way home when my wife sent me his number and informed about the issue. I called him asking him to first delivery other stuff and then in last he can come to deliver mine. To this he agreed. but at night when I called him up to confirm where is he, he simply cut the call and never picked it again.
Then I called in amazon customer care and they assured me that on the very next day my delivery will be done. But today as I called them to re-confirm I came to find out that my delivery is already re-scheduled to tomorrow. I am so irritated with that delivery boy that I have filed my complaint against him and I want strict action to be taken against him. Was this information helpful? |
