My order no is #[protected] dated 11.02.2023.
I was informed of delivery on 16.02.2023. But I received it only on 19.02.2023.
In between, there were many fraudulent attempts by delivery persons.
I got my first OTP on 13.02.2023. Then I got more OTPs on 16th, 17th & 18th.
But suddenly, I get an email on 18.02.2023 at 18.29hrs as an attempt failed. They did not attempt and falsely put it as an attempt failed. It's false. I attended the call from them and the number is [protected]. My email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com. In fact, I called almost every day nearly 20 times and how can a number be engaged for all the attempts?
The most shocking one is I got an email from Amazon market on the 18th at 10.08 pm asking me to share my experience with Amazon when the item was not at all delivered. It's ridiculous on the part of marketing to send such an email without even knowing what is happening in the ground.
Then I got yet another OTP on the 19th.
The package was delivered at 03.26 pm.
The worst part was that I planned plumbing work on the 17th and 18th of Feb. The plumbers came and went back because the material was not delivered as per your schedule.
For the agony & stress, I went thru, because of your poor logistic management, I suffered set back in my health.
Hence I need a financial compensation of Rs. 50000/= ( Rupees fifty thousand). Please expedite at your earliest.
