[Resolved]  Amazon India — Terrible experience with Amazon India

I had placed a rakhi package order with Amazon India on 4th August with order#[protected] to be delivered at Pune on 10th August. The estimated delivery dates given on the site was 7th-Aug-11th Aug for my order. But, with my past experience of the delivery orders placed with Amazon, I was assured that the package will be delivered at the address within schedule. Within 2-3 days, they had updated the blue dart id ([protected]) against my order with the message as Dispacthed. However, when I started tracking my package with this id on blue dart, I was getting error as invalid number. I called up Amazon India customer care, and the representative also confirmed to me that the tracking id is not working.I have mails from Amazon India customer service confirming the same. After checking and waiting for status update on Amazon India till Friday(8th Aug), I started calling up and following up for my package. The real mental harassment started on Friday when I was told that the rakhi orders are placed with some 3rd party vendor Caratcube and that I should follow with Caratcube for the order delivery. When I contacted Caratcube I was informed by them that they have already dispatched the order and that I should follow up with bluedart. After contacting blue dart, they told me that the tracking id is invalid and that I should get a proper tracking id from Amazon. So I was back to zero. I again called up Amazon India Customer Service, and they told me that they will contact Caratcube with my delivery order and the same vicious circle started again. No-one from Amazon or Caratcube helped me in tracking my package. As per Amazon India, the problem was with Caratcube and as per Caratcube the problem was with bluedart.On the day of Rakhi festival(10th August), the blue dart id actually started working and suddenly I was told that the package will be delivered on 12th August whereas I had placed the package for 10th August.Finally, my brother didnot receive the rakhi as scheduled on the festival eve and I was literally mentally harassed by the way Amazon India handled my order. I have all the mails sent to Amazon India as well to Caratcube for the order tracking. I want Amazon India to refund my complete package money and also pay for the mental ordeal I had to go through while following up on my order placed with them. Amazon Customer Service is insensitive to customer complaints and emotions. I want to request all the people using internet not to order anything from Amazon as they have a pathetic customer service. I am also going to sue Amazon India legally for mishandling my order.
