I requested for return upon receiving the product due to it being of inferior quality. The request was made on the same day of product receipt but the pickup company didn't pitch to collect the items. I made contact with customer service and they rescheduled it for the next day and i received confirmation that they will be picking up the items. However they canceled the pickup. I had to call them (Customer service) again and they have rescheduled it again (4th time) and i am not sure if they will be coming to collect. The major issue is that you cannot go out whilst they have given you an estimated time for pickup and thus you are tied in the house. Hence, i thought they might be able to assist at this platform.
